Service · Post-renovation debris

Debris gone before the subs arrive Monday. Same-day Reno haul-aways.

We clear the punch list so the next trade walks in to a clean floor: drywall scrap, cabinetry offcuts, flooring scraps, pulled fixtures, packaging — sorted on site, loaded before the crew leaves, and the price is locked in writing before the truck rolls.

Punch-list debris

Six categories. Sorted on site before the truck loads.

Every reno haul follows the same routine: walk the space with the GC or the homeowner, confirm the categories on the punch list, separate construction debris from cardboard and packaging, then load over the cab line so nothing is stacked curbside for the next trade to trip over.

Drywall scrap & cutoffs

Trim ends, broken sheets, the stack of drywall offcuts the drywall hanger left on the subfloor. Broken down on site so it compacts into the truck over the cab line — no curbside mess for the next trade to walk into.

Old vanities & tubs

Cast-iron tub out, fiberglass surround gone, vanity carcass on the lawn. Disconnected and carried through the doorway before the loader shows up; we floor-run the hallway if access runs past finished flooring.

Cabinetry offcuts & doors

Boxed cabinet carcasses, doors the homeowner rejected, drawer fronts, the IKEA flat-pack pile nobody opened. Sorted from reusable to disposal before the truck loads — no mixed pile at the curb.

Flooring scraps

Tile offcuts, LVP ends, hardwood bundles the floorer over-ordered, the rolled underlayment. Stacked and strapped; tile goes heavy-low so it doesn’t shift on the drive to the transfer station.

Pulled fixtures

Light fixtures, faucets, door hardware, the old towel bars, ceiling fans, a switch plate or two. Bagged by room and set aside from the heavy debris so small parts don’t disappear into the drywall pile.

Packaging & pallet wrap

Cardboard flats, foam corners, the shrink-wrap from the appliance delivery, the pallets the tile arrived on. Flattened and stacked before the truck loads; cardboard alone regularly clears a 1/8 step on its own.

Sample pricing

Five steps. Same source of truth as the calculator.

The numbers below are the actual starting prices on /pricing — pulled from the same locked quote config the calculator uses, so the step you see on this page is the step the calculator prints on the booking email.

Schedule of the next trade

Debris gone before the subs arrive Monday.

Call before 2 pm — truck same afternoon.

A Friday afternoon call clears the punch list before the weekend. Saturday-morning calls hold a slot before Sunday demo overruns spill into Monday. We keep a same-day window open for jobs that ran long.

Crew that respects the next trade’s start time.

If tile or the plumber walks in at 8 am Monday, the floor is empty, the hallway is floor-run, and the debris is at the transfer station — not piled by the dumpster for someone to manage around.

Work withheld until the photos arrive.

Before/after photos of every cleared surface go to you and the GC the moment the truck leaves. Payment is not due until the photos are in the thread — same rule as the rest of the jobs we run.

Why a truck, not a roll-off

For most Reno punch lists, a truck is faster and cheaper than a roll-off bin.

A roll-off makes sense at the very top of the range or on jobs that span more than a weekend — a per-day rental clock starts the moment the bin is dropped, a permit goes with it on the street, and the haul-away is its own second visit. For a single bath, a kitchen demo, a multi-room reno, the truck-load step finishes in one trip, the price is on /pricing, and the surcharge lines (construction, e-waste) are spelled out on /faq.

Ready to schedule

Lock the price in writing. Hold a same-day slot.

Build the quote on the calculator or send the address and a few photos. We will reply the same day with the truck-load step, the starting price, and the slot we can hold before your next trade walks in.

Three questions we hear

From Reno renovation GCs and their subs every week.

Anything not answered here — call or email. A real person picks up during business hours.

My subs or tile crew start Monday — how fast can you come out?

Call before 2 pm on a weekday and the truck is usually on site the same afternoon. Friday calls hold a Saturday-morning slot so the floor is clean before Monday’s first sub walks in. Emergency gaps open up Sunday afternoon if a Sunday demo overruns.

Are construction debris surcharges different?

Construction debris (drywall, lumber) carries its own category surcharge — spelled out on the quote screen and on /pricing under "Construction debris". It is added once, not per bag, and the surcharge caps the same way the other categories do once the truck size is set.

Do I need a roll-off bin instead of a truck?

For most Reno punch lists — a kitchen, a bath, a multi-room reno — the truck-load step is cheaper and faster than a roll-off: same-day pickup, no permit, no per-day rental clock. A roll-off makes sense above the full-truck step or on jobs that span more than a weekend; the math is on /pricing.
